Questions, feedback or a file that won't convert? Send us a message and we'll get back to you.

Before you write

Many questions are answered in our FAQ. If a particular photo won't convert, please tell us:

  • your device and browser (for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows 11, Chrome”);
  • the error message shown by the converter;
  • where the file came from (iPhone, Android phone, camera model).

Please don't send us your photos. We don't need them, and keeping them off our systems is the point of HEIC.IS.

Privacy

We only use the details you enter to reply to your message. Messages are stored securely and deleted when they are no longer needed. See the privacy policy for more.
